The therapeutic effect of Hot Stones Massage and it's ability to relieve deep rooted areas of tension is at times truly amazing.
Made from the highest quality Basalt rock the stones retain a great amount of heat which diffuses through your muscles melting away those areas of tough tension.
The stones are used to massage into the muscles and the heat given out during the session can have a deeply relaxing and calming effect and so is an excellent way of easing stress, anxiety and busy minds.
I use the stones intermittently throughout the massage combining their use with my own hands and forearm techniques with the aim of providing the most effective massage.
