The appointment time includes a consultation to identify your current needs and what you would like to achieve through reflexology along with aftercare advice at the end of the session. This may include hand reflexology that you can carry out at home, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Relaxation Workshops

These workshops run on the last Saturday of each month, pre booking a place is essential. Class time is from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
