Reflexology provides balance and understanding in an otherwise busy and hectic world!

We commonly stop listening to ourselves and therefore don't recognise what our bodies are trying to tell us. Reflexology helps to put you back in touch with yourself and gain insight into what you need to keep healthy and well.

By working on specific reflex points found on the feet during a session a beneficial effect can be had on the whole body, returning the inner workings to their ideal state of balance.

Reflexology is safe for all ages, stages of life and medical ailments and conditions. It is also safe in all stages of pregnancy, including pre conception and postpartum times.

At the beginning of your first session there will be a confidential consultation where I will ask you some questions to help us identify key areas in need of attention.

This will include taking some information about your medical history and any current illnesses that you may be suffering from. If you are currently taking any medication then it would be great if you could come to your consultation with the names of these either written down or in your head.

The answers that you provide during this consultation will enable me to provide the best possible reflexology session tailored safely to meet your needs.

The session is carried out in a reclining chair and only your shoes and socks need to be removed.
